Administrative law

The administrative law governs the relationship between the state and its citizens. This may concern the functioning of public institutions, but also relates to the protection of each citizen against the state’s influence. The administrative law is a complex field of law and comprises topics like university and examination law, construction law, environmental and energy law or the law on protection of monuments. We advice and represent towns and communities as well as companies and private individuals on the full spectrum of topics of administrative law services.
