Associations and trusts

The advice on associations and trusts comprises the constitution of associations and trusts, their support in daily life, for instance as concerns changes of the statutes or the carrying out of a general assembly of the members as well as the clarification of the frequently rather complex tax questions involved with regard to these institutions’ common public interest. The colleagues active in this field of law do not only dispose of the respective legal expertise, but are also personally involved as chairmen or members of the advisory board of a non-profit association or trust and do therefore dispose of own practical experience.
