Commercial lease
Controversies or disputes between lessees and landlords are frequent. In the event that no amicable settlement can be reached between the parties, the tenancy law comes into action. This field of law addresses all legal questions or controversies that may arise between a lessee and the landlord. The commercial lease does not constitute a separate field of law, but it comprises provisions which affect both lessees and landlords of commercial premises, and it contains special provisions regarding defects, contracts, notice periods etc. Commercial lease is another part of our service portfolio and we will provide you with advice thereon.
