Copyright law and media law

The copyright law protects the author and his creation – this may be drawings, pieces of music, texts, sketches, construction works, films and many other things. The copyright law addresses the rights of the author and the allocation of economic usage rights, i.e. the question what happens when other persons use the creation without being authorised to do so or copy it. In contrast to commercial intellectual property rights the copyright applies automatically and without any registration of patterns etc. We support you in case of violation of your copyright and make sure that the matter is clarified quickly.
