Healthcare law
The field of law of healthcare law comprises all legal questions related to doctors, clinics and other healthcare providers. This includes the medical fee law as well as corporate law for medical professions, the law governing the activity of doctors in free practice, the professional law, hospital law, criminal law in the health sector, the law of contracts with chief physicians/heads of department and last, but not least, the law of professional liability of medical professionals. In this regard, we always represent the healthcare providers.

- Legal advice for and representation of healthcare providers, in particular physicians, dentists, hospitals, healthcare centers
- Legal advice for and support of billing companies
- Revision and drafting of contracts, e.g. shareholder agreements for corporations, purchase of surgeries, employment contracts and chief physicians/head of department contracts
- Legal assistance in regress proceedings, profitability analysis and proceedings concerning the compliance with professional standards
- Advice on proceedings regarding the admission to the profession
