Law on competition

Competition is a fundamental impetus in a healthy free market economy. However, sometimes unfair means are applied in the fight for the market leadership and for high turnover figures. In order to avoid illegal circumstances, the so-called unfair competition law, a series of statutory provisions which ensure that the competition is fair, decent and sincere applies. The unfair competition law procures that companies are in a fair competition with each other.
