Social insurance

The law on social insurance comprises all questions relating to the obligation to insure, the membership, the recoupment charges and the liability to render recoupment charges of employers, employees and self-employed in the statutory health insurance, the statutory care insurance, the rent insurance, the unemployment insurance and the statutory accident insurance. We advise and represent companies and insured individuals regarding all questions concerning external audits, the statutory duty to ensure, status (in particular proceedings for the establishment of a status), liability to render recoupment charges, deductions from the recoupment charges and payment of the recoupment charges, membership and claims for benefits.
